Start focused. Prove it works. Then grow. Phase 1 is a proposed 5 TPD waste-tyre project; everything beyond it is conditional on feasibility, land, approvals, financing, engineering and real-world performance — in that order.
Focus: feasibility and site evaluation in the Ayodhya industrial corridor, process and engineering design, the permits and approvals pathway, and — subject to those approvals — initial construction and commissioning. Prerequisites: confirmed site, completed design, required approvals, financing in place. Confidence: this is the active plan; timelines will be published when they are real.
Focus: expanded throughput, maturing material streams and market development for validated outputs. Prerequisites: Phase 1 operating performance that justifies growth, fresh feasibility, land and approvals for expansion. Confidence: scenario only — not an approved stage.
Focus: larger-scale operations, additional product lines and possible regional expansion. Prerequisites: everything above, re-earned at each step. Confidence: long-term scenario for planning conversations — not a commitment, date or guarantee.
