Material Library

More than waste.
It’s potential.

A single tyre carries three recoverable material streams. These are the potential outputs of the proposed process — shown with their intended application areas, and without specifications we have not yet earned the right to print.

Availability: the project is in development, so no material is commercially available yet. Grades, specifications and supply terms will be published after process validation. Buyers are welcome to register interest early — see each material below.

Pyrolysis Oil

When tyre vapours are condensed, they form a liquid oil. In the wider industry, oils of this kind are explored for industrial heating, energy applications and as chemical feedstock. Which pathways our oil qualifies for depends on its validated properties — and those will be measured, not assumed.

  • Intended pathways: energy and industrial fuel applications, chemical feedstock evaluation.
  • Not yet claimed: calorific value, grade, purity or blend compatibility.

Recovered Carbon Black

The solid residue of pyrolysis is a carbon-rich material known as recovered carbon black (rCB). Recovered grades are of interest wherever virgin carbon black is used today — from rubber goods to pigments and construction materials — subject, always, to the recovered material meeting each application’s requirements.

  • Intended pathways: rubber and polymer products, pigments, construction materials — to be qualified per application.
  • Not yet claimed: grade equivalence, ash content, particle properties or buyer acceptance.

Recovered Steel

Every tyre is reinforced with steel — in its beads and belts. Pyrolysis frees that steel without melting it, so it can re-enter the well-established scrap-steel recycling chain for construction, manufacturing and industrial use.

  • Intended pathways: established steel recycling and remelting channels.
  • Not yet claimed: tonnages, grades or pricing.
